Cancellation policy: 11 days before the departure date: none, 10-8 days before the departure date: 20% of the total fee, 7-2 days before the departure date: 30% of the total fee, 1 day before the departure date: 40% of the total fee, on the tour date: 50% of the total fee, after the departure time or no show: 100% of the total fee

＊Above fee is for 4-hours guide charter tour. You will pay transportation fee for yourself on the spot. (Bus, train etc.,) If you prefer to take taxi, you need to pay for the tour guide as well.
＊In case you want to have lunch on the spot and if you want the guide to take seat together, please pay for the tour guide as well.
＊Guiding in English or in Japanese is available. (Qualified tour guide will guide you in English or in Japanese.)
＊Tour guides who speak other languages may be arranged if you apply 14 days prior. (Not guaranteed)
＊We will charge ￥3,000 (inc. Tax) every 15 minutes in case of tour extension.
