On the top of the hill, there is a hot spring where you can view Kofu Basin, and a night view full of stars. In great nature, relax to the maximum. If you are lucky and have good weather, you can see Mt. Fuji beyond the basin. There are no rules or restrictions here, but keep common sense in mind.
